Our Full-Service Design offers a comprehensive solution for clients who want a seamless, start-to-finish experience. We handle every aspect of the project, from the initial design concept to the final execution. In addition to creating the design, we take care of ordering all materials, furniture, and accessories, ensuring everything is sourced and delivered on time. Working closely with a team of talented and reliable contractors, we make sure each detail is thoughtfully executed to bring your vision to life. From space planning and material selection to overseeing construction and installation, we manage the entire process, so clients can enjoy a stress-free transformation with stunning results.

Our full-service design packages cover everything from designing two spaces to a complete home renovation.

Our rate is $150 per hour.

Steps & Deliverables

Initial Meeting

When meeting with a client for the first time, we typically discuss a range of topics to help us understand their vision and preferences. Some key points include:

Lifestyle and Needs: How they use the space, who lives there, and any specific requirements, such as storage, entertaining, or family needs.
Style Preferences: The design styles they like, whether it's contemporary, mid-century, minimalist, etc., and any inspiration from photos or past projects.
Budget: The overall budget for the project and priorities for where they'd like to allocate funds.
Timeline: Expected deadlines or any time constraints.
Existing Furniture or Decor: What pieces they want to keep or integrate into the new design.
Color and Materials: Preferences for color schemes, textures, and materials.
Problem Areas: Any challenges with the current space, such as layout issues, lighting, or functionality, that they'd like to address

Design Concept

Once we have the Client Profile, we start working on the Design Concept. The Design Concept serves as a foundation and reference point for the project, ensuring both the client and designers are aligned before diving into the actual design work. It's meant to be flexible and can be adjusted based on feedback before moving forward with the detailed designs.

TWO Proposed Designs

As part of our "Full-Service Design" service, we will propose two suggested designs for your space, each offering a unique approach to meet your needs and style preferences. For each design, we will provide the following deliverables:

Mood Board: A visual collection of colors, materials, textures, and design elements to capture the overall aesthetic and mood of the design.
Floor Plan: A detailed layout showing the arrangement of furniture and functional zones to optimize space and flow.
Renderings of the Main Elevations: High-quality 3D renderings or drawings of the key walls and perspectives, giving you a clear visual of how the design will look in the room.
Detailed List of Items with Prices: A comprehensive list of furniture, decor, and materials suggested for the design, including their associated costs, to help guide your decisions and fit within your budget

These deliverables will give you a clear vision of each proposed design, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your style, needs, and budget.

Execution

We take full responsibility for ordering all materials, furniture, and accessories to ensure everything aligns perfectly with the design vision. We carefully source high-quality materials and products, coordinating deliveries to keep the project on schedule. Once everything is in place, we work closely with our trusted team of contractors to oversee the final execution. From installation to finishing touches, we manage the entire process, ensuring each element is installed with precision and care, resulting in a beautifully completed space that meets our client's expectations.
